Preschool Open Gym for Ages 6 and Under

Day: Thursdays
Time: 12:30-2 pm

Ages: 6 and under (must be accompanied in the gym and supervised at all times by an adult)
Price:

Members: $10 cash only, punch pass for 10 sessions: $90 + GST= $94.50

Non-members:  $15, cash only,  punch pass: $130 +GST= $136.50

 

REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED PRIOR TO ATTENDING.

up to 6 yo

Adult Open Gym for ages 16 +:

Fantastic opportunity for people of all levels to practice a variety of skills, improve personal fitness or just have fun in our fully equipped gym. Our certified coach(es) will be available to offer suggestions and some assistance but please keep in mind that this program does not include any formal instruction.

Preschool Open Gym Rules:

Adults are NOT permitted to use the gymnastics equipment during the open gym unless get permission from the supervising coach(es).
Maximum of 3 kids per supervising adult.
This is unstructured time and parent or adult is required to be in the gym supervising their kids during the entire open gym and stay within arm's reach of their child(ren).
NO FLIPS! All participants are asked to respect this rule unless given permission by our qualified coach.
Please respect the equipment and other participants.
No gum, belts, jewelry or shoes.
No swearing or offensive language.
The supervising coach has final authority on all matters and has the right to remove participants without question for inappropriate behaviour in the gym.

DGA Adult Open Gym culture:

Our gym welcomes individuals who show respect for themselves, our facility, equipment, and fellow members. We are open to responsible and mature participants who prioritize safety and do not engage in activities that may jeopardize their well-being or that of others. We have a zero-tolerance policy for unnecessary risks.
Never attempt to perform any skill in which you do not have the necessary experience. Those who refuse to share equipment, jeopardize safety rules, and individuals who appear to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs, including cannabis, and anyone who causes concern to the supervising coach will be kindly asked to leave the premises.
